Added a New Game, Penguin PushOver, i switched from QBasic to QuickC right

one new article at the Articles section, there was a crash recently.
some spam entered and blocked off my FTP server. i managed to destroy
it, but the Index.html is ruined. i only got one news of November 16,
at the News archieve....
